Laura Klump serves as Operations and Worship Pastor with a deep passion for building healthy ministry foundations and cultivating authentic worship experiences. With over 10 years in ministry, she is committed to helping the Church function with excellence while creating spaces where people can encounter God in meaningful ways.
Laura is also the Founder and Leader of Arise, Daughter, a women’s ministry dedicated to empowering women to rise confidently in their God-given identity and purpose. Her heart for discipleship and leadership development fuels her desire to see women strengthened, equipped, and walking boldly in faith.
Married to Pastor Mike Klump since 2016, Laura considers it a joy to serve alongside her husband in ministry. Together, they are devoted to seeing lives transformed by Jesus and communities built on faith, authenticity, and intentional leadership.
Laura’s desire is simple: to see people encounter God, discover their purpose, and walk fully in the calling He has placed on their lives
